What does this Family Fun Run/5K benefit?

All proceeds from this 5K Fun Run will go toward projects to help further the Mission of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Along with supporting Cross Point Camp with upkeep and cabin renovations,  our mission this year is to "City Impact Ministries" that helps the homeless with shelter, food, clothing, and sponsors children with school supplies and needs.

Who is invited?

The Family Fun Run/5K event is a run that is less about how fast you run and more about enjoying the day with your friends and family.  For this event, we want to see participants of all different speeds, ages, shapes, and sizes ready to enjoy a beautiful day in our wonderful lake community.  So whether you are a casual walker or an avid runner the Family Fun Run/5K invites you to come be a part of the fun.

The Course

3.1 miles of wooded course at Cross Point Camp (part paved, part gravel).  The course will begin and end at the Cross amphittheater overlooking beautifull Lake Texoma.

Participants

Registration is open until the day of the 5K Fun Run.  All runners and walkers participating in the Family Fun Run/5K will receive a free "Goodie Bag".  Also, all those register by October 21st will recieve a free event T-shirt.
