Waiver and Release: To participate in the Get Your 6.6 on Route 66, 6.6k Run/Walk (“Run/Walk”): I hereby acknowledge and agree as follows: I understand there may be risks and dangers inherent to me and any minors under my care in participating in the Run/Walk, and I acknowledge and assume all risks of the Run/Walk. I have no physical or medical condition that would endanger myself or others or would interfere with my ability to safely participate in the Run/Walk. I grant CORE of McLean, its licensees, and sponsors the right, permission, and authority to use my photograph in any form of media now and forever known, or other account of the Run/Walk, in perpetuity, and waive any rights to future compensation arising from same. I HEREBY, ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND MY SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, ASSUME ALL RISKS OF THE RUN/WALK AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, NOT TO SUE, HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY, Run/Walk and CORE of McLean, AND ITS AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, VOLUNTEERS, MEMBERS, SPONSORS, AFFILIATES AND SUCCESSORS, AND THE VILLAGE OF MCLEAN, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES (ECONOMIC AND NON-ECONOMIC), LIABILITIES, FEES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS FEES) AND EXPENSES OF EVERY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND/OR THEFT, WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE RUN/WALK. If any provision of this Waiver shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Waiver and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. I have carefully read this Waiver and fully understand its content and am aware that this is a release of liability and I agree of my own free will.

Refund Policy: No refunds for any reason will be issued for this event. Entries CANNOT be transferred or deferred to another event or year. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy. By registering for this event you agree to this refund policy.
