Red, White, and BOOM! 4 Mile Run

Join us on July 4th for our Red White & Boom 4 Mile Race! Red, White and BOOM will kick off at 8:00AM.

Enjoy a Pancake Breakfast after the race for all runners and their families, provided by First Broad Street United Methodist Church.

Celebrate Independence Day with a great family event. 

This is also a great tune-up for the Crazy 8s 8k race.  

Beat the heat; stay for Breakfast; catch the Parade; and all for a good cause. 

Presented by Fleet Feet Sports and First Broad Street United Methodist Church, this race will start and finish at the church, which is still in downtown Kingsport. 

Kingsport Community Ministry Center (KCMC) will benefit from a portion of the proceeds.

Packet Pick-up will be Tuesday, July 3rd 6-7:30pm at First Broad Street United Methodist Church in Kingsport. Race Day registration and packet pick-up will be from 7:00-7:30 am.

Fleet Feet Sports Kingsport has a no refund policy. Race entries cannot be transferred between events. Please know that your entry fee is spent well in advance of the race. Refunds will not be issued in the case of inclement weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
