Details
Stand at strategically assigned posts (every ½ mile) throughout the 5K course to direct and encourage runners. Some Course Marshals will be equipped with a basic First Aid Kit and all Course Marshals will have a direct communication line with the Race Directors in case of emergency. Course Marshals will be easily identified by wearing race t-shirts and visible vests. It is the job of the Course Marshall to guide runners along the right path, be there to answer questions, and provide support and encouragement.
