Shift time is 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Please check in at the volunteer table by 7:00AM.

Pre-race, volunteers will set up the finish area, including medals, water, and refreshments. During the race, volunteers will hand out medals and bottled water as runners cross the finish line, return bags to participants at bag check, or direct runners through the finish line and to the post-race party. Post-race, volunteers will assist in clean up of the finish line festivities and check out with the CCR team lead.

Please note your volunteer assignment may change on race day, we will do our best to make any accommodations.

Report directly to the assigned water stop by 6:30AM. End times varies based on when the last runner passes your location, approximately 8:00AM.

Please allow time to park and walk to the water station. Check in with the volunteer coordinator via text. Ensure that you have transportation to and from the water station on race day.

We will have all of the materials on-site, when you arrive prepare the hydration options, fill cups, and line them on the table. As the runners pass by, hand the cups of water to the runners and collect the empties in the trash bags. After the last runners have gone by (there will be a shuttle bus following the last runners), stack the water stop materials the way you found them for Charm City Run to collect. Clean up the water stop area and check out with the CCR team lead.

We are looking for some energetic groups to assist with the aid stations at the Charles Street 12 Miler. If your running club, Scout group, etc may be interested, please contact Erin at eretford@charmcityrun.com.
**Sign up here if you are volunteering as an individual. Reporting time, expected end time, and your aid station location will be communicated prior to race day.**

All materials will be on-site when you arrive. Volunteers will set up the aid station before the race begins, then hand cups of hydration to runners as they pass. After the last runners pass, volunteers will clean up the aid station area and materials will be collected by the CCR team.

Please allow time to park and check in at the volunteer table at the Shops at Kenilworth at 5:00AM.

Volunteers will hand out shirts at packet pickup, assist with bag check, or direct participants to the start and into their corrals. As the race begins, assist with cleaning up the start area and check out with the CCR team lead.
