UPDATED BOILERMAKER 50 (2027) INFORMATION (as of 8/10/26)!
BOILERMAKER 50 IS SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY, JULY 11, 2027
We anticipate announcing the majority of plans associated with the celebration of 50 years of the Boilermaker Road Race in early December (2026) with an eye to opening up registration in early January (2027).
The expectation is that participant demand will be extraordinarily high for this milestone event. Accordingly, we anticipate an increase in the 15K cap to accommodate this, but any such increase will be determined with the comfort and safety of everyone involved as well as what our civil & medical teams can reasonably support.
We will follow our historical approach to registration with an initial Priority Registration Period exclusively for anyone who registered for the 2026 Boilermaker. Any remaining bibs will then be made available for the general public during the Open Registration Period which will then remain open until each event hits their respective event caps.
Again, the specifics for this as well as all other key information (pricing, celebratory programming, etc.) will be announced in early December of this year (2026).
The Boilermaker endeavors to communicate registration based news in advance via email, social media and our local traditional media outlets. As always, please keep an eye on your emails (we only have the email address you previously registered with) and the Boilermaker Facebook and Instagram pages for updates!
