KC Endurance Spring/Summer is an off season training program for ALL abilities of runners looking to improve on their running fitness. We work on building mileage slowly, while incorporating some progressive intensity to the training plan. The goal is to have runners ready for their Fall block of training.

KC Endurance Spring/Summer

  • 10 Weeks of Training for the runner looking to improve on all aspects of fitness including Endurance, Stamina, Speed, and Strength.
  • The goal is to build a solid foundation before adding anything too taxing, but preparing the athlete for bigger workouts to come through increasing mileage, introducing speed, and some strength type runs and workouts. 
  • Training Schedule through Training Peaks to keep you on track
  • A group to meet with every Saturday morning at 7:00 AM in various locations around the Kansas City area (A calendar of locations will be supplied after sign-up). 
  • Wednesday night workouts at Meadowbrook Park at 6:00 PM.
  • All abilities from beginner to advanced are encouraged to join!
