Course Sweep High Priority

Last person on the course. Ensure all runners are off the course. Relay issues to race coordinator. May be done on bike, trail conditions permitting.

Water Station High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Fill water jugs and carry out to water station on course with table, paper cups and trash bags. Manage station during the event. Pick-up trash. Breakdown station after the event and return supplies to start/finish area.

Start/Finish Area Setup

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Set up tents and tables near the start/finish line

Post-race Food

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Setup post-race food area, including filling water jugs and laying out Northbrook Marketplace donuts
