WELCOME to BOOK IT! 2023
ECBC is so thrilled to be bringing our in-person charity run back this year! At BOOK IT, participants have the opportunity to:
-
"run for reading" for hospitalized kids, by participating in either the 1K Fun Run, the 5K Run/Walk, or both
-
purchase a new book onsite to donate to the BOOK IT book drive and/or fund a book via our Handprint Wall
-
dress up as a favorite book character and participate in our literary costume contest
-
celebrate reading in the exhibit area for all kids with local authors, storytimes, a literary-themed photo booth, and various literary-themed activities
