If you have a course created on MapMyRun, then you can set up a link to it on your RunSignup race page.
To begin your setup of displaying your MapMyRun course on your RunSignup race page, head over to your dashboard and select Race > Race Page > MapMyRun
Next, enter in your MapMyRun URL/ID.
Your MapMyRun ID can be found on your MapMyRun webpage URL:

Now when participants view your RunSignup race page, a new custom section labeled MapMyRun will appear with a direct link to your MapMyRun course.
