I'm excited to share that I've joined the SpeakUp Race Team and am raising money for the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation, whose mission is to cultivate awareness and understanding of teenage depression and anxiety.
Biking across the country has been a goal of mine since I was a kid. Rather then let it be a goal, I now plan to accomplish it. I am aligning with the CKG Foundation not only because I believe in their mission, but because I know first hand everyone involved is dedicated and passionate when it comes to helping others
I will be starting the trip in Virginia Beach and biking up through Richmond and into Charlottesville, where I will connect with the TransAmerica Bike Trail. I will take that to Pueblo, CO, at which point I will hop on the "Western Express", which connects to San Francisco. You can follow my ride on my Instagram.
