Regrettably, the PR5K for 2020 is canceled, but please check back for a special announcement on how you can still do a personal run to benefit Public Radio in our region.
Run or Walk for Public Radio!
The race and walk starts at 7:30am at Darden Towe Park. A flat cinder path that runs above the Rivanna River along the same route that Thomas Jefferson used to ride his horse from Monticello to town. Packet pickup and race day registration is from 6:30-7:15 at the Shelter at the top of the big parking area at Towe Park. (Please review race day instructions listed below.)
All entrants will receive a Public Radio 5K short-sleeve cotton t-shirt.
Proceeds benefit NPR station WMRA.
