AccessCNY offers person-centered services that empower individuals of all ages and abilities to reach their
full potential as part of our shared community. Services are provided with dedication, compassion, innovation, and commitment.

AccessCNY provides services to over 3,000 individuals in five primary areas: programs for individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries (ABI), services for those with mental health issues, clinical services for those with disabilities, preschool education and Consumer Directed Homecare. All services empower individuals to reach their unique level of independence.

AccessCNY is both a new agency and one with a rich history. In January 2015, AccessCNY was created from the merger of two agencies that served individuals with disabilities: Enable and Transitional Living Services (TLS). In 2018, AccessCNY expanded again with the merger of Spaulding Support Services. Onondaga CASA, a program that supports abused and neglected children in foster care, became part of AccessCNY in 2019. For more than 100 years AccessCNY and its legacy agencies have helped created a community where all people belong.
