12 Hours of Road America (12RA) does not grant refunds or defer entries.
However, these are uncertain times and we want you to know that we've got your back. If the event is cancelled due to local, state and/or federal government order because of public safety reasons, you can choose to defer your registration to our 2022 event or to receive a partial refund based on proximity to event day.
If a government entity cancels the 12RA event between December 2020 and May 2021, the event will refund 90% of the participant entry fee. If a government entity cancels the 12RA event between June 2021 and July 2021, the event will refund 80% of the participant entry fees. If a government entity cancels the 12RA event after July 2021, the event will refund 70% of the participant entry fees. Refunds do not include process charges and/or donations made.
