When the diagnosis of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer arrived, it felt like an uninvited storm crashing into a busy, happy life. Jamie is a loving wife, and the heartbeat of her household. The treatment plan was daunting intensive chemotherapy, surgery, and daily radiation but Jamie met the challenge with a fierce, quiet determination.
Instead of pausing her life, Jamie adjusted her course and kept on going. Through it all Jamie has met this journey head on and taken it in stride. She continues with her wonderful smile and personallity as well as her great work in being a fantastic mother. 

Jamie is now on the backend of her treatment plan. She has conquered IV chemo , Surgery and a regimine of Daily radiation. She is now in the final stages of finishing up her Immunotherapy and chemo pill regimine and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. 

She continues to power through and looks for an oppourtunity to give back to places that have given her so much during her journey. 

This Year we want to invite others to join us in thanking the KWF for everything they do for people who are going through a similar journey while undergoing treatment for breast cancer. They do great work with the community and put plenty of smiles on peoples faces along the way. 

While their methods may be different than your classical charity they spread love and share time and experiences with Cancer fighters so that maybe they can make their lives just a little more normal or a little easier for a period of time by providing fun.
