The Jersey Shore Running Club (JSRC) is the largest RRCA-affiliated running club in New Jersey. Dedicated both to running and to the community, JSRC members enjoy both the camaraderie of running with friends and participation in a wide range of social, running and community minded activities, many of which support local neighborhood and charitable organizations. Every year, through its own sponsored events and others in which it is an active participant, the JSRC raises more than a half-million dollars for area charitable groups such as Special Olympics New Jersey, The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, local PBA scholarships, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and many other worthwhile causes. The JSRC is a registered 501c3 organization.
The JSRC offers a variety of benefits, including group runs several times a week, planned social events, discounts on race entry fees, and a regular e-newsletter.
