Hamdard provides personalized, culturally sensitive healthcare and supportive services to diverse communities across Chicagoland. As a non-profit organization and Federally Qualified Health Center, we improve patients’ physical and emotional health and wellbeing through a range of offerings. Healthcare professionals provide primary care and behavioral health services. In addition, we offer domestic violence resources, services for seniors and an art therapy program. Across all services, we offer case management and provide community outreach and education. Many of our staff members come from the same communities as the patients served, so they understand their cultural backgrounds, and in many cases, they speak their languages. As a result, we have created a welcoming and empathetic environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
