Race: 29th Annual City of Loma Linda Holiday Classic Half Marathon and 5K
Team Registration Instructions

Register a team of 5 – 14 participants and receive a $5 discount per registration!  What could be better than that?  How about this!  Register a team of 15 or more participants and receive $10 discount per registration!  Your team members can be in either the 5K or the Half Marathon race.  You do not need to register all of your team members at once.   Your team members can register to your team at any time. 

Here is how the discount works:   

  • The first 4 team members are registered at the regular price for the event selected.
  • The 5 – 14th team members will receive a $5 discount at the time of registration.
  • Once the 5th team member registers, a $5 refund will be processed for team members 1 - 4.  The refund will be received within a few days. 
  • Team members 15 and beyond will receive a $10 discount at the time of registration. 
  • Once the 15th team member registers, a $5 refund will be processed for team members 5 – 14 and a second $5 refund will be issued for team members 1-4 giving all registrants a total discount of $10. 

To register your team:

  • On the registration page, click the gold Group/Team button to the right.
  • On the page that displays, the Group/Team Type should be “Team”.   
    If this is your first team registrant, enter a new team name in the Group/Team Name box. 
  • You can optionally set a password to give to other team members to use when they register for your team. 
  • Click “Continue”.  The Name of your team will now display above the gold “Group/Team” button on the right. 
  • To add more registrants, click the gold “Add Another Registrant” button at the bottom of the page. 
  • The event for the new registrant will default to whatever the previous event was and the team listed above the gold “Group/Team” button will default to the previous team.
  • You can unclick the default event and click a different event if you want.  You may need to click the gold “Group/Team” button and select your team to add the registrant to your team. 
  • Continue adding registrants. 
  • For each registrant, confirm that the proper event is selected and your team name is listed above the gold “Group/Team” button. 
  • Once all registrants have been entered, click the blue “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.  
  • Review the Waiver and click the Waiver Agreement checkbox for each registrant and click “Continue”. 
  • Select shirt sizes for each of your team members and click “Continue”.
  • A summary will display showing information for all of your registrants along with a pricing breakdown.  The breakdown will reflect team members 1 – 4 at regular price.  Team members 5 – 14 at a $5 discount. 
  • Team members 15 and beyond at a $10 discount.  All refunds will be processed within a few days.
