Following our Delaware Run for Strength 5k, we invite all registrants inside of Saint Marks High School for our awards ceremony and after party! Our after party will be filled with phenomenal raffle items! For example, The Salt Cove has donated a 45 minute salt therapy and infrared sauna session for two! This holds a value of $70!

The Salt Cove is Delaware's first location for halotherapy, or salt therapy. Halotherapy is a holistic method that simulates the natural salt cave environment in which dry salt aerosol technology is used to help a variety of respiratory and skin conditions.
