Founded by Red Dowdell, Rockbridge Barbell is a professional-level weight training and conditioning facility in Rockbridge County, Virginia. Red brings years of experience working with D.C. based professional sports teams, like the Washington Nationals and D.C. United, to the Rockbridge community.
Our health is everything. It’s not an easy task to take care of our bodies, but experts in the field can help make that journey a little bit less intimidating. Rockbridge Barbell aims to bring that expertise to our community, one that might not usually have access to it.
