Vine-to-bottle has been a fundamental part of our wine making philosophy for more than 25 years, long before it was hip to be farm-to-table, or in our case, grape-to-glass. We know that Wisconsin’s best wine begins in the vineyard and that in Wisconsin, great wine can only be made from the grapes that grow well in our climate. We are an original vine-to-bottle Wisconsin winery and one of only a handful with estate vineyards producing authentic Wisconsin wine.
