Epilepsy Health Management (EHM) – EHM staff has been providing cutting edge epilepsy medical care, telemedicine, mental health care and social services in McHenry County for over 10 years. EHM has developed a model of care that is patient centered. EHM provides care to all individuals including those without healthcare insurance. Support is put in place to help each patient navigate labs, imaging, EEG’s, genetic testing or whatever the physician orders. Phone support is available to answer questions and provide direction. EHM is supported by a customize Electronic Health Records platform that allows each patient access to education and information.
