We serve over 2,200 families each year. We operate three programs: Child and Family Connections (CFC) for children under the age of three who are experiencing delays in their development, Community Access Coordination (CAC) for individuals with a lifelong developmental disability, and the Autism Support Program (ASP) for individuals of any age with an autism spectrum diagnosis.
