Blackbeard Operating, LLC is a privately held exploration and production company established in 2014 with an equity commitment from Natural Gas Partners. We seek to grow through both acquisitions of new assets and the development of our existing assets through low risk drilling, recompletion, and workover programs. Since our founding, we have acquired fields in three of the premier basins in the continental United States and are continually looking for new opportunities to grow by targeting acquisitions in areas with stacked pay and existing production.
