Smoke-Free Knoxville (formerly the Greater Knoxville Coalition on Smoking OR Health) is committed to the prevention and reduction of tobacco use. This coalition was formed in 1993 and is comprised of interested community members as well as representatives from over 25 area agencies and hospitals.

We are the first community coalition in the state of Tennessee to have its own tobacco control plan based on the CDC's "Best Practices for Comprehensive Tobacco Control."
