Refund Policy
Entry fees are necessary to meet the cost of preparation months in advance of the event, and that if the event is cancelled because of fire, drought, storms, Acts of God or other circumstances beyond the control of race management, the entry fee will not be refunded and the Pleasant Valley Recreation Association and event coordinators will not be held liable. All registrants will be transferred to a 5K Virtual Event where you can run a 5K race on your on terms at a place and time of your choosing.
