When crisis strikes, EMS professionals are the ones who show up first. Hundreds of times each day in Massachusetts. They bring skill, courage, and compassion to our doorsteps in our most vulnerable moments. The Massachusetts Ambulance Association stands behind them, because while they never hesitate to answer our calls, sometimes they need us to answer theirs.

That’s why we created the EMS Team Fund: to lift up the people behind the uniforms—helping families through loss, supporting providers as they grow, and reminding every EMS professional they are not alone.
