Angel Warriors Foundation 5K and Fun Run

The Angel Warriors Foundation 5K Run/Walk will be through the beautiful Veteran's Park in Alabaster, AL with a NEW route this year.  Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome.  All event proceeds will go towards the Foundation for hosting fun activities for families.

This year we are also incorporating a FUN RUN/WALK!  This will be an untimed, zero competition walk event so ANYONE can join. 

Event Schedule:

7:00 a.m. –  Packet Pickup
7:00 a.m. –  On Site - Day of registration opens
7:45 a.m. –  On Site - Day of registration closes
8:00 a.m. -   5K begins
9:00 a.m. - FUN Run/Walk begins and Awards Ceremony/Post Race for 5K Race

Registration Information: Register online through this site.  If you miss the online deadline you can register on race morning from 7:00 a.m. - 7:45a.m. at Veteran’s Park, in Alabaster, AL. NOTE: Race packets and official race-timing are not guaranteed for day-of registrants.

5K Run/Walk Policy: Registration is required for the 5K Run/Walk. The Angel Warriors Foundation 5k Run/Walk are open to runners and walkers of all abilities. There is no age limit for the 5K. There is a 1 hour time limit for the 5K.

Fun Run/Walk Policy: The Angel Warrior Foundation FUN run/walk is open to everyone.

Participant Amenities and Packet Pick-up: All registered 5K participants will receive an official race packet. Race day registration will end PROMPTLY at 7:45a.m. for the 5K. To avoid any delays or problems, we encourage you to register early. Shirts are only guaranteed for those who pre-register by 5/20.

Awards: Overall awards will include top three male and female. Top finisher awards are in each age group and by gender as follows: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. The 5K Awards Ceremony will take place about 10 a.m. in Veteran’s Park.

General FAQ and Information:

Parents are entirely responsible for their children and family members. 

Strollers and baby joggers are allowed; however, for safety reasons, we ask that you start in the back of the pack, regardless of whether you are walking or running.
 
T-Shirt – Race Registration includes a t-shirt. Sizes NOT guaranteed after 5/20/19.

All registered participates will have access to race results online.
