Our sponsored organization for ZooRun is Global Conservation Corps. GCC is an organization that works in two ways to improve conservation in Africa. The first is by supporting the Zululand Rhino Orphanage and the second is by helping to sponsor the future rangers program.

Each registration funds one local child to attend the Future Ranger Program at the Timbavati Game Reserve in South Africa. This program aims to inspire their passion for their local wildlife so that they help to conserve their own backyards from poachers and other dangers. This aligns with our mission here at the zoo, where we aim to inspire our visitors to conserve nature!!!
