Free 10 week training program for women of all ages and abilities to learn to run or walk for exercise. At the completion of the 10 weeks of training your graduation event will be the Women Can Run/Walk 5K in Conway on May 12th, 2018. Clinics will meet twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM at the Guy City Park on Oak St.
The first clinic session will be Monday, March 12th at 6:00 PM.

Walker Group A - Your goal is to train to walk up to 3.1 miles, and/or learn to walk longer and at a faster pace.
