Free 10 week training program for women of all ages and abilities to learn to run or walk for exercise. At the completion of the 10 weeks of training your graduation event will be the Women Can Run/Walk 5K in Conway on May 9th 2020. Clinics will meet twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM at Lake Willistein Park in Maumelle. All participants should meet at the stage.
The first clinic session will be Monday, March 2nd at 6:00 PM.

Training groups are as follows:
Walker Group - Your goal is to train to walk up to 3.1 miles, and/or learn to walk longer and at a faster pace.
Beginning Runner Group A - Your goal is to train to run/walk up to 3.1 miles. You are not running any and want to complete a 5K.
Beginning Runner Group B - Your goal is to train to run/walk up to 3.1 miles. You are currently running 3 minutes or less at a time.
Advanced Runner - Your goal is to run longer distances and at a faster pace. You are currently running approximately 3 miles and have possibly run some 5K or 10K races. You want to increase your speed and run for longer distances.
