How to Submit Virtual 5K Results
Virtual 5K Participants can run their 3.1 miles anywhere, at any time! After you have completed your race, you may submit your 5K time result from May 18 to May 22. To submit your results for the Virtual 5K, visit ascv5K.org and click the "results" tab in the top menu.
From there, click the "Submit Virtual Results" button.
This will prompt you to look up your registration, either by first and last name, or email address and birthdate. If you registered multiple people under your email address, be sure to use first and last name rather than email address.
Once on your page, click the "Submit Virtual Results" button under your event name.
Then, enter your time. Click "Submit Your Time."
