Covid19 has changed our world and is preventing us from having our traditional 24-hour team fundraising event. This year Relay will be virtual and with rising unemployment number and fewer people with health insurance, we need you more than ever!
100% of your $10 registration fee per team member and every dollar you fundraise will help people receive cancer treatment! 100% of event costs are covered by our generous corporate sponsors.
Cancer never sleeps and the funds you raise truly make a difference in the fight against cancer – just ask one of the hundreds of people in our community who have received radiation therapy, here in Bermuda since the opening of Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre's radiation therapy unit in 2017!
2020 virtual event schedule and details will be posted on www.bermudarelay.com
At Relay For Life events, communities across the globe come together to honour cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that has already taken too much.
Traditionally Relay For Life teams camp out overnight and take turns walking or running around North Field at the National Stadium. The event is 24 hours long, and because cancer never sleeps, each team is asked to have at least one participant on the track at all times.
97% of funds raised at this event stay in Bermuda to provide everyone in our community equal access to early cancer detection and radiation therapy. 3% funds American Cancer Society's Global Relay For Life initiatives.
