I can’t make it to the listed packet pick up time, what should I do?
That’s okay! If you can’t make it to packet pickup you can pick up your packet the morning of the event. Registration/Packet pick up starts at 7 am.
Eek! It’s last minute – can I still sign up?
-Yes, you may sign up for the event the morning of the race, but we cannot guarantee we will have any event t-shirts left.
I am registered, but I am also bringing a kid(s) under five with me? Do I need to sign a waiver for them too?
Yes! All individuals, including minors need a waiver. We are adding a tab to register those under five.
If I register last minute will I still get a T-shirt?
Sorry, but shirts are only guaranteed for those who have registered before September 19th. However, we will have other t-shirts and Celiac gear for purchase at the event.
I've made a donation and my employer/organization will help match the contribution. Can you share your EIN or can I obtain a letter from you?

Where and when is the packet pickup?
Packet pickup is 1-6 p.m. Thursday, October 4th at Arvest Bank 6300 Nall Ave.
Will I get a T-shirt?
If you registered before September 19th, yes! Virtual walkers who would like to recieve a shirt by walk day need to register before September 12th, after that we cannot guarantee delivery before October 6th.
