8:00 am - BIKE TIME TRIAL BRICK. 1 or 2 laps on the course to simulate race conditions. Please observe stop signs. 

9:00 am - SPECIAL FOCUS AREA

10am - COACHED OWS CLINIC. Getting comfortable in the water, sighting, breathing, buoy turns, pack swimming, water entrance & exit strategies

- Several top notch triathlon & swimming coaches
- Race day tactics specific to your swimming abilities
- Suitable for beginners to advanced
- Limited to 100 athletes
