La Jolla Fall Open Water Swim Camp

Join us for a challenging and exhilarating open water experience as we swim and explore one of the most idyllic settings on the Pacific Coast. 

Our La Jolla Swim Camp will feature daily open water training sessions at the world-famous La Jolla Cove - arguably the "Mecca" of open water swimming on the West Coast. Training sessions will be customized to meet the needs of virtually any skill level - from the novice swimmer who can demonstrate some fundamental swim skills to the advanced competitor with an extensive open-water resume. 

Highlights will include multiple daily ocean swims, a pool workout with skills workshop and an open water clinic lead by world-renowned marathon swimmer and escort, Dan Simonelli. Dan is the founder of Open Water Swim Academy and veteran of HUNDREDS of successful open water marathon swim expeditions.

Also included will be daily breakfasts, snacks and group dinners each evening. Additionally, we'll take advantage of unique activities and glorious sights offered in the area. Excursions will include a kayak tour of the La Jolla Caves or a surf lesson at La Jolla Shores, a visit to Coronado Island and the historic Hotel del Coronado (evening swim to the bridge and back before happy hour?), Balboa Park and the beautiful beaches of North County (Del Mar, Encinitas).
