Command Fitness Challenge teams start at 8:00 am. Check in at 7:30 am. Trophies awarded to top three Command Teams with the fastest time. Challenges consist of 10 x 100 meter race, medicine ball throw, Burpee Frog jumps, Round robin push ups and a sand bag relay!
The Command Marching challenge starts at 9:00 am
Command Fitness team minimum is 5 participants and maximum of 10.
The POW / MIA official Ceremony will commence at approximately 9:30 am
The 2 mile Run / Walk starts at 10:30 am. Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place male and female finishers.
Event t-shirts will be awarded to command teams and event runners on a first come first serve basis.
