What is Dream Mile?
The first Dream Mile was organized by Vibha volunteers in Atlanta in October 1998. The Dream Mile is a Run / Walk Fundraiser event organized by Vibha, with the anticipated participation of 1,000 patrons from across the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The Dream Mile has become a permanent fixture on the calendars of runners in various cities across America. To date, The Dream Mile has raised more than $3M to support upwards of 180,000 children.
Who is it for?
The Dream Mile is for anyone who would like to walk or run a few miles to help realize the dreams of millions of underprivileged children.

Highlights:
* In case the in-person event is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances, the event will be held virtually. No refunds will be provided.
Registration information:
The online registration will be open till Sunday, June 4th, 2023. Please register by May 1st to guarantee your t-shirt size choice. After that, the t-shirt size is based on availability.
We highly recommend you register online by Friday, June 2nd to avoid disappointment due to race day registration unavailability due to your choice of race distance selling out. Only if there are any open spots left at the close of the online registration, we will offer registrations at the race packet pickup and the race day morning up to 30 minutes before the race start.
Up to 10 participants can register together in a single registration transaction. For more than 10 participants registering together, please do multiple registration transactions.

Free parking at Santa Clara County Parking lot off of Embedded Way, San Jose, next to the event area.
However, please arrive with enough time to park, walk to the start/finish area, use the restrooms, and line up prior to the start of your race.
There will be signs and volunteers directing you. Please follow the directions and park only in the designated area.
There is NO event parking available at The Plex or any other businesses in the area. All cars parked elsewhere could be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
From US-101 South:
- Take exit 380 to Hellyer Ave
- Turn left onto Hellyer Ave at the stop sign
- Make a left turn on Embedded Way
- Take the first left turn
- Immediately turn left again into the designated FREE parking area
- Follow the signs/directions provided by volunteers in the parking
area
From US-101 North:
- Take exit 378 to Silver Creek Valley Rd.
- Turn right onto Silver Creek Valley Rd
- Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Hellyer Ave
- Make a left turn on Embedded Way
- Take the first left turn
- Immediately turn left again into the designated FREE parking area
- Follow the signs/directions provided by volunteers in the parking area
