Epic Rides - Tour of California - Santa Clarita to Pasadena

The 88.7 mile with 7,700 feet of elevation route will follow a high desert path to a Sprint in Acton and into the Angeles National Forest. A slight twist from the familiar route through the National Forest will be the addition of Upper Big Tujunga will add several miles on the picturesque Angeles Crest Highway. Passing the Mount Wilson Observatory, the riders will quickly begin a long, steep, and very technical descent into the town of La Canada Flintridge. The riders will pass by the Rose Bowl and across the iconic Colorado Street Bridge. After some quick turns in Old Town Pasadena, the leaders will see City Hall.

• Meet at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center 5AM
• We will bus you to the Santa Clarita drop off at Undergrounds Coffee House, 23889 Newhall Ranch Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91355, 8AM
• Ride the same course as the professionals.
• Virtually no cars on the course (there may be a few team vehicles, but no traffic).
• After you arrive at the finish line, stick around to see what is likely to be a bunch sprint.
