ChangeFire Tomato Run

Please join us on September 23, 2012 for ChangeFire's first annual Tomato Run along the beach in Santa Monica!

Cause: All proceeds from this fun run will benefit ChangeFire's organic farming initiative at Casa de Paz orphanage in Mexico. The farm provides a steady income for the orphanage, and a form of vocational training for the 60 children living there, 12 of which have special needs.  

Location: Registration on the day of the event will be held at Crescent Bay park in Santa Monica, located where Ocean Ave. meets Bay St. Registration will begin at 9:30 AM, with the run starting at 10:30 AM. The run will take place on the pedestrian path along the beach, and finishing back at Crescent Bay Park.

Sign-up: Register now online for $25, and set up your fundraising page to obtain donations and sponsorship from family and friends! Each participant is encouraged to raise $200 in donations - but feel free to set your goal for more! Registration will also be available the day of the event for $50. 

All participants will receive a t-shirt and water bottle, and are invited to join us after the run at a nearby beach cafe to learn more about ChangeFire and our current projects!
