|Women's 10K /Half Marathon Training Group||

Join a group of awesome, motivated women for Heart & Sole's first women's 10K/half marathon training group.
We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment for women of all shapes, sizes, and experiences.
No advanced running experience required, but it is helpful if you can travel (run or run/walk) at least 3 miles for the 10K program and 6 miles for the half marathon program.
3 coached workouts per week:
Monday & Wednesday 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. (Various locations)
- Coaching for all your running needs, including: Nutrition, Hydration, Footwear, and Mental Preparation
