Step 1: Sign up for the virtual option.

Step 2: Find a way to track how long you walk and what distance you are walking.

Step 3: Find a place and time to walk between April 17th and April 23 that works for you!

Step 4: Once you complete your walk email bbbwalkathonasd@gmail.com the distance you walked, the time you spent, how far you went, where you walked, and a picture!

Step 5: We have set up a virtual means of donation! If you wish, use this link: https://communityfoodshare.fenly.org/drive/build-back-boulder-walkathon-marshall-fire-donation-drive/ to donate to our community foodshare virtual food drive.

Organizer Kasim Rana

Hey my name is Kasim and I am one of the organizers of the Build Back Boulder Walkathon! I am an intern at Aspire Skills and I am a senior at CU Boulder graduating this Spring! I have lived in Colorado almost all of my life and I have a passion for helping my community. I remember being stuck at home feeling powerless as the fires burned in Boulder County. I remember feeling a deep sadness as I watched my community struggle and it pained me to not be able to do anything about it. This motivated me to be part of the team that is working to make this walkathon happen. I hope to see you all come event day!

Organizer Julia Gonzales

Hi! My name is Julia and I am the other organizer of the Build Back Boulder Walkathon! I am a Colorado native, and as such, I have a passion for giving back to our Colorado community. I am a second-year student at CU Boulder and an Aspire Intern. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, running, and spending time with friends and family. I hope to see everyone at the event! Let’s build back boulder together!
