My name is Madison Croissant and I am a senior at University High School. For my senior project, I am putting on a 5K to raise money for a local charity organization called Women2Women. This nonprofit organization provides one-time financial assistance up to $750 for local women experiencing financial hardship. All proceeds are raised through fundraisers like this one.

About Women2Women

Our Mission
Weld Women to Women provides one-time financial assistance up to $750 to  women who live in Weld County. Our mission is to fill the gaps that federal, state, and other support programs cannot supply or cannot process fast enough. We pay vendors directly, which relieves the financial challenges women and families face and the debt local vendors and companies carry.

We have provided a hand-up for car and home repairs, rent and moving expenses, medical costs, and more. Your support helps us help the next Her in need

If you donate to Weld W2W, you are helping our entire community, including local businesses.

Our Impact
Here are a few stats about our work:

Requests by Age: We support women of all ages and generations

40+ for women under age 20
1,070 for women between 21-50
523+ for women between 51-100

Our Financial Mission
Common Funding Requests

Medical Costs
Transportation needs
Eye examinations & eyewear
Rent and Security Deposits
When other local non-profits come across a woman with an immediate, one-time financial need that can’t be covered through any other source, they provide information to us. All requests are screened, and financial assistance is usually provided within 48 hours of the request.

All we ask in return for our assistance is that our recipients perform an act of kindness in return. No other organization helps women in need in this way, which is why other non-profits chose to partner with us – they know this kind of help is truly needed in Weld County.

The course will start and end at University High School. The run/walk will take place on sidewalks, except for a few sections where streets will be crossed. There will be race volunteers at every major street crossing to ensure participant safety.
