Aegis Wealth Vineyard Half Marathon & 10K Cancelled
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Aegis Wealth Vineyard Half Marathon & 10K has been cancelled this year. As much as we are going to miss running with you at the vineyard this fall, the health and wellness of all our athletes, volunteers, staff, spectators and all others involved is our number one priority. While we would love to hold this event this year, the out and back nature of the race course and the busing of participants created overwhelming obstacles to 100% guarantee a safe event. About The Race: The Vineyard Half Marathon & 10k is set for Sunday, October 4th at Clinton’s Chamard Vineyards. The unique event is the only Connecticut half marathon run from a vineyard. Over 1,000 runners are expected at the event! The half marathon course features scenic views of the vineyard and rolling hills of Clinton. The race is a fundraiser for Clinton’s Families Helping Families.
Perks: Participants will enjoy tee shirts and a custom wine glass! After the race you are rewarded with a glass of wine (21+), bread, fruit and specialty cheese courtesy of Chamard Vineyards. Stay a while and receive any additional glasses of wine for only $7! Numerous aid stations and split timers will be along the race course.
