Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the soundRUNNER Sea Legs Shuffle has been cancelled. As much as we are going to miss running with you this summer, the health and wellness of all our athletes, volunteers, staff, spectators and all others involved is our number one priority. While we would love to hold this event this year, with the current health crisis, we cannot 100% guarantee a safe event.Please choose an option below, indicating what you would like to do with you 2020 registration. The 25th annual race features panoramic views of Long Island Sound and serves as the USATF/CT 10-Mile Championship. After the race enjoy a post-race party with beer (21+), fruit, bread, live music and much more. FREE tech shirt to first 600 registered runners.
