Description
Swim-Run Aquathlon followed by a beach party. Swim in Lake Quassapaug, road & trail run at Flanders Nature Center, followed by a party at Quassy Amusement Park. T-shirts, food, beer, and all-day ride passes included in price of entry!
Junior Distance: varies by age for kids 12 & under, more details TBA
Sprint Distance: 1/2 mile swim & 5K run (approximate)
Super Distance: 1 mile swim & 10K trail run (approximate)

UPDATE ON 9/10/13 ---- unforunately, due to unforseen circumstances, including VERY low registration, this event has been cancelled. We hope to hold this event next year, on a weekday during the summer. Stay tuned.
