When: Saturday, October 24 6 a.m. to Sunday, October 25 6 p.m. All finish times must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org during this time frame to be eligible for awards. NO TIMES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 6 P.M. OCTOBER 25!
Where: Run/walk your favorite 5K (3.1 miles) course at a location of your choice. To be fair to all that are trying to win an award, the time you submit must be for an accurate 3.1 mile course.
Registration: $25 until October 17, $30 after and up to 6 p.m. on October 23. Make checks payable and mail to the Del-One Foundation and mail to TriSports Events, 2772 Hazlettville Road, Dover, DE 19904.

Awards: Unique awards for overall male, female and masters winners, top 3 male & female runners in categories 10 & under to 70 & over. 5K walk awards for top 5 male & female winners.
Amenities: Quality “Shamrock Scramble” TECH shirts. Race packets to include shirt and awards for age group and walk winners can be picked up on Wednesday, Oct 28 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Del-One Credit Union, 270 Beiser Blvd, Dover, DE.
Benefits: Kay's Kamp - The mission of Kay's Kamp is to provide children 5-17 currently battling cancer and those now in remission the opportunity to participate in a unque camping experience promoting fun and normalcy - "Free of Charge!"
