Description
Alpha Omicron Pi presents our fifth annual Run for the Roses 5K. Run for the Roses is an annual 5K hosted by the Ladies of Alpha Omicron Pi at GCSU! All of the proceeds from this 5K will benefit The Arthritis Foundation! The race sign up includes a t shirt, the race entry, a raffle ticket for a chance to win a kayaking trip,a 2 week body plex membership, a cup, and a boxed Stacked sandwich meal! Don't want to run? Food wristbands can be purchased for $10 on this website, at tabling on Georgia College Campus, or the day of! You have the potential to win a kayak trip for 4 for free!
Packet pick up time starts at 9AM
Race time start is 10AM
Award Categories: 1st, 2nd & 3rd of each age group starting with 14 and under then going to 65+
If you want to stay afterwards to eat at the greenway please feel free to bring lawn chairs and/or blankets to sit down and relax afterwards!
