Description
Please join us for the 22nd Annual Adult Biathlon & 5K run, Sunday, May 6th, 2012 at 8:00am. The event starts and finishes at Freedom High School on Independence Blvd in Morganton, NC. The May Day Biathlon features an individual biathlon competition, team biathlon competition, and individual 5K race.
Biathletes may set up and join the TEAM competition by registering for the Adult Biathlon and clicking the box to join a team.
The 5K is run on a flat, hard surface; the 31K bike ride follows a challenging route on paved, highway surface. Please be safe and courteous: Drafting is not permitted.
Race day registration is available on site from 6:30 to 7:45am. All race day registrants must arrive in time to complete an entry and receive a race bib no later than 7:50am. The race begins at 8:00am.
