9am - 5k race begins
This 5k For Kidneys event is a 5k Walk/Run that is fun for the whole family! The race will begin and end at the Riverfront City Park's North Meadow. Participants will each receive an event t-shirt and race bib as well as refreshments and treats at the finish line.
The scenic route takes runners and walkers around the water front paths of Riverfront City Park and across the new footbridge into Minto-Brown Island Park. Right in the heart of Salem, this course offers the best of the city views and the gorgeous parks of Oregon.

Course Map
This course is an out and back trail that begins and ends in the North Meadow of Riverfront City Park. Runners and walkers will cross over the footbridge connecting to Minto-Brown Park.
